This website is provided for the purpose of learning about Jasper Moving's services and requesting quotes. Content on this site (text, design, graphics) is the property of Jasper Moving and may not be reproduced without permission.

Quotes and estimates

Quotes provided through this website (via the quote form, phone, or email) are preliminary estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed after a full assessment of your move (in-home, video, or detailed phone consultation) and is subject to change if the actual scope of the move differs from what was initially described — for example, additional items, difficult access, or extra stops not disclosed at the time of the estimate.

Booking and cancellation

A move is confirmed once both parties agree on a date, scope, and price, typically in writing (email or signed estimate). Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be communicated at the time of booking and may vary by season and notice period.

Liability and insurance

Jasper Moving carries basic liability coverage on all moves, with full-value protection available as an add-on. Specific coverage terms, deductibles, and exclusions will be outlined in your service agreement prior to your move. Customers are responsible for accurately disclosing the value and condition of high-value or fragile items in advance.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Jasper Moving is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Our liability for moving services is governed by the service agreement and insurance terms provided at time of booking, not by this website.

Third-party services

This website uses Formspree to process contact and quote form submissions, and Google Maps to display our service area. Use of these embedded services is subject to their respective terms.
